PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional Ovens:
1. Pre heat oven to 180oC (170oC Fan Forced).
2. Remove Party Quiche from pack and place on a suitable baking
tray.
3. Heat frozen Quiches for approximately 20 minutes. If thawed,
heat for approximately 12 minutes.
Microwave Ovens:
Microwave (1200 Watt)
1. Remove from pack and place 6 Party Quiche evenly on a suitable
microwave plate.
2. If frozen heat on high for 2 1/2 Minutes, If thawed heat on high for
1 1/2 Minutes
3. Let Party Quiche stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Caution: The filling may be very hot.
