Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 71 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times).

Oven Bake: Preheat to 185 degrees and cook for 10-11 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat to 180 degrees and cook for 5-6 minutes. Microwave: Cook for 1 minute on high. Let it stand for 1 minute before consuming.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
