“Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs” Mini Subs

Ingredients (makes about 12 mini subs)
1kg pack of ready-made meatballs
1 jar tomato pasta sauce
12 small dinner rolls
*Cheese slices or grated cheese (optional)
METHOD:
1. Cook the meatballs – follow the packet instructions
2. Warm the sauce in a large pot.
3. Add meatballs to the sauce, stir gently, and let simmer for a few minutes so they soak up flavour.
4. Assemble mini subs – place 2–3 meatballs in each roll, top with extra sauce, and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
5. Serve with a fun 'Today’s Forecast: Meatballs!”
