Why It Works:

  • Simple, no-bake, allergy-friendly (with alternatives).

Ingredients (makes 20 small balls):

  • 2 cups oats (rolled or quick)

  • 1 cup nut free seed butter

  • ⅓ cup rice malt or maple syrup

  • ½ cup dried fruit mix 

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.

  2. Form mixture into bite‑sized balls (about 1 Tb each).

  3. Optional: roll in coconut, crushed cereal, or cocoa powder.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes to set.

Serving Suggestion:

  • Plate on a little “adventure map” paper or serve in small boxes labelled with story-themed stickers (e.g. animal footprints, bright colours, cardboard compasses).
