Ingredients (makes 20 small balls):

2 cups oats (rolled or quick)

1 cup nut free seed butter

⅓ cup rice malt or maple syrup

½ cup dried fruit mix

¼ cup shredded coconut
-
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.

Form mixture into bite‑sized balls (about 1 Tb each).

Optional: roll in coconut, crushed cereal, or cocoa powder.

Chill for 30 minutes to set.
