If you’ve decided to delete your account, we’re here to make the process as clear as possible. Please note that deleting your account permanently will remove all your data from the app and website. Proceed with caution, as this action cannot be undone.
Note: The account deletion feature is only available on the mobile application.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Open the mobile app.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Access Settings
- Tap the Side Menu (usually located in the top-left corner or bottom navigation).
- Select the Settings option from the menu.
Step 3: Initiate Account Deletion
- In the Settings screen, locate and tap the Delete My Account button.
- A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed. Carefully review the message and confirm your choice to delete your account.
Step 4: Completion
- After you confirm, our system will process your request.
- You will be automatically signed out, and all associated user data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
